AMIRA

Amira stems from the pursuit of fusing Tulum’s free and organic spirit with a more residential, serene, and timeless perspective. Conceived to convey a fresh, natural, and relaxed vibe, the project successfully distances itself from ephemeral aesthetics through a warm, lived-in curation. The combination of local woods, light tones, and luminous textures continuously evokes the closeness of the sea and the coastal breeze.

THE CHALLENGE

The fundamental challenge in Amira lay in finding the perfect balance between the relaxed atmosphere of a beach residence and the aesthetic rigor demanded by a refined interior design project. We set out to develop a space that felt light and subtle in form, yet charged with intention, texture, and personality in every corner.

THE EVOLUTION

We were deeply passionate about diving into a creative process unlike our usual approach, where material selection played a leading role. By working with regional woods alongside a palette that is both neutral and colorful, we explored a decorative language that prioritizes warmth, spaciousness, and tactile comfort, ensuring the environment feels authentic, welcoming, and naturally lived-in.

THE FINAL VISION

The result is a residence where coastal and contemporary elements coexist under our studio’s signature hallmark. Every element was intentionally chosen to build a serene atmosphere that invites rest and relaxation. Amira stands out as a vibrant yet polished proposal that pays homage to the freshness of the sea through a curated, subtle, and profoundly elegant interior design.
